We have high-speed WiFi with download speeds of up to 400 mbps and upload speeds of up to 100 mbps. Our homes are ideal for all remote working professionals.

Yes, kids are welcome, however, our homes are not ideal for small children as we do not have child safety measures in place, but we will leave that to the discretion of the parent(s). Additionally, any items needed to care for small children are the responsibility of the parent(s).

We allow up to two pets per home. There is a one-time fee per pet of $95. All pets must be house-trained, be on a leash while in the public domain, and be cleaned up after. We do have breed and weight restrictions. Weight: no more than 35-40lbs Breed restrictions: Chow, Pit Bull, German Shepard, Rottweiler, Doberman or Mastiff

All homes can have up to 8 adults and must be 21 years and older. Additional guests staying without the consent or acknowledgment of the host will result in an additional $250 charge per person per night.

Outside “day,” visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host. The maximum number of “day” visitors does not exceed the number of guests staying on the property (8 overnight guests = 8 day visitors maximum). Groups larger than that are considered “Special Events” and come with additional approval and fees. Please inquire within for details if this is the case.

Weeknights are a one-night minimum and weekend nights have a two-night minimum requirement. Weekdays are between Sunday through Thursday and weekends are Friday and Saturday.

Each home varies and the rate is based on location, amenities, and size of home. We use dynamic pricing for all homes and rates fluctuate during peak and off-peak seasons. Weeknight rates are lower than weekend rates and are not guaranteed until a reservation is booked.

100% refund if cancellation is made 30 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made after 30 days and no later than two weeks before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

Check-in is at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.

Yes, early check-in availability is based on the prior reservation. An additional $25 fee is for early check-in (1 pm is the earliest). Since we have self-check-in, there is no cut-off for late check-in (all we ask is that you be mindful of neighbors if you check in between 11 pm-6 am). Late check-out is dependent on the next reservation. There is a $25 fee for late check-out (1pm in the latest). Guests are allowed to do a bag drop-off at no charge.
